"Shred-It with Weights" is Jillian's latest video containing two 30-minute workouts utilizing kettlebell techniques. A kettlebell is a weight that looks like a cannonball with a single handle. This old-school piece of equipment is specifically used for strength training. Jillian applies these concepts to create a total body workout that burns fat and tones the body. Don't worry if you don't have a kettlebell -- you can substitute a single 3 to 8 pound hand weight in its place.<br />
The DVD also includes a Kettlebell Tutorial. Both workouts include a 5-minute warm up and 5-minute cool down, but that is where the similarities stop. Each workout lasts about 20-minute giving you a 30-minute total workout time.<br />
The Level 1 workout is meant for beginners to intemediate users. This level is where you learn how to control your movements while using the correct techniques. You get the right amount of resistance and cardio at same time. You learn exercises like Bridge Press, Swings, and Deadlift Rows, as well as combinations like rack, squat, and press.<br />
Level 2 is meant for the intermediate to advanced user. This level is where you maintain your good form while using momentium and your core to complete the movements. You learn exercises like Split Jerks, One Leg Halo, Russian Swings, and Deep Squats with Press. Both workouts offer circuit training techniques for total body results.<br />
As always, Jillian is motivating and forceful. Requires signifcant upper-body and core strength, definitely not for beginners.<br />
A 5 to 20 lb. kettlebell is strongly suggested.<br />

Cok yakından takip ettiğim,youtube ta cok izleyici edinmiş bir sporcu bayanın videolarını paylaşmak istiyorum kendisi göstermiş olduğu videolar neticesinde süper bir vücuda kavuşmuş cok sıkı çalışıyor ve hergün gösterdiği egzersizleri yapıyormuş vücudunu izlerken göreceksiniz tarif etmeme gerek yok :))).Eğer kilo verip gerçekten farkedilir derecede incelmek istiyorsanız, yapacağınız egzersizlerin tekrarı cok olmalıdır aksi halde yavaş sonuç alırsınız. Bu videolarda toplam tekrarlar 500-600 dan oluşuyor ( her bir hareket 50 ve 60) tabi bu en üst level, bu düzeye erişmek için hergün düzenli en az tekrardan arttırarak hareketleri yapmanız gerekiyor.videomuzun birincisi 500 toplamdan oluşuyor yeni başlayacaklar için her bir egzersiz 10-20 adetten oluşmalıdır kendinizi cok zorlamayın ve inanın haftada 1 gün ara vererek hergün yapacağınız bu videoda cok kısa bir sürede fit bir görünüme kavuşacaksınız...hareket tekrarlarını iyice alışınca ve yapar duruma gelince yavaş yavaş arttırın ve hareketleri 50 yada 60 tekrara cıkarın bu düzeyden sonra hareketleri belli bir süre sınırı koyarak en hızlı şekilde yapmaya çalışın kısacası kendinizle yarışın..Zuzana(videonun sahibi) en hızlı şekilde yaptığı bu programı toplam 20 dakikada tamamlıyor..<br />
